Well I am home from camping but still participating in Scrapfriendzy Camp!

Yes that is right I have made it through 4 full weeks now of elimination at Scrap-friendzys Camp Contest and I want to thank all those that have voted for me! I am looking forward though to this week which is a week off from the contest! We are still doing our bonus challenges but no voting this week!

I enjoyed my week camping and was lifted up spiritually, which I trully needed! I am going to start sharing a few more tutorials and ideas and keep my blog a little more active. YES I know it is about time!!!

I leave you with a few recent layouts!

Wow it is the end of week 3 of the contest

I am pleased with my layout again so if all else fails I have some great layouts
So Don't forget to head over to Scrap-Friendzy and check out all the layouts as the gallery is just on fire! It's not to late to join and earn some badges and chances at some great prizes. the links are in the previous posts!

I leave for camp tonight, looking forward to it! I really love the tent revivials!
Hoping for some great photos too! Here is one from last year! This is grandson Noah and daughters father in law Fred.

It's been a long night, but a good night!

I wish I had taken more photos! I enjoyed my tastefully simple party tonight and I appreciate all who came and made it a success! The only photo I did take was of their newest product!

It's called Dylan in a Bucket!

I finished my layout for the next round of Scrap-Friendzys Camp Friendzy contest in the nick of time! Well I thought it was the nick of time and then I found out they extended the finish time till saturday at noon so at least tomorrow I can put up a better photo of the layout because the photo is terrible since I took it indoors! I will put up the photo tomorrow when I take the better photo!

Off to get some rest after all that cleaning for my party! I am tired!!!

Time is running out!!!!

I have one wonderful friend so far that has posted and joined scrap friendzy and unless someone else goes over and joins (see previous post) Judy will be the automatic winner of a hand painted item! It is not to late to join the contest!!! hurry and join Scrap friendzy's summer camp contest and tell them susieq sent you to be entered into my drawing!!!!

BLog RAK! BLOG CANDY Yummy! LOL

First I want to Praise God for some answers to prayer! Daughter has found a place to rent. We are praying something happens soon and she is able to get the boys! THis has been such a roller coaster ride! But God has a plan and I know all this is going to work out and those who lie and do wrong will face Him one day! Thank you to all who support us and love us! God is so good! I do not know how people who have no faith make it in our world!

well this Blog candy has a little catch! OH no you say! well auctually it's rather
easy! IF you read my last post Scrap Friendzy is having this great contest and I invited you all to go register and join, which cost nothing and is easy to do and mention Susieq sent you! Well I have decided anyone that does this will be entered into a drawing for blog candy on my blog. All you do is come back and leave a commment that you registered and left a post on Scrap Friendzy!!! I will post a photo later of the HAND PAINTED ITEM YOU CAN WIN and the more that register the bigger the blog candy!!!

Have a wonderful day!!!

Things have been a little nuts!

Seems like its in the air, the more I talk to people the more I hear that people are

having rough weeks lately! Well ours have been mighty rough! Too rough to go in to,

lets just put it this way, satan is after us and we refuse to let him win! God has a plan!

So please if you find a spare minute in your day, we would appreciate all the prayers

we can get!

Here is a new layout I just did with a great technique I learned from Min over at

Scrap Friendzy!

I sure wish Min would send me her snail mail so I can mail her prizes! I have to mail

other stuff at the post office but am waiting to di it all in one trip!!!

HINT HINT MISS MIN! LOL

While I am on the subject of Raks! I found a great one for everyone to comment

to try to win! Just go visit the lovely blog of Kim Strother, LOVE-JOY-SCRAP

and leave a comment for a chance to win an awesome rak!

THe prize I am shipping out!

Just wanted to show everyone what Min has won!
I really hope she enjoys it all as much as I enjoyed shopping for it
and as much as I enjoyed painting it!

Just as a little by the way information, I make it a
practice when I paint a gift, that while I am painting the
gift, I pray for the person I am painting it for. Even if it ends
up being one I sell, I pray for whoever will get it someday/own it
someday. So Min prayers have gone up for you that you are
blessed and that God puts a hedge of protection around you
and your family. Just to mention a few of the prayers.

thanks to all who commented!

Here is a layout of Noah and Jason to share with you!

Golly Dylan is getting so big!

I got some really cute shots of Dylan today! He is growing so fast! Before I know it he will be walking! I just can't believe how time has flown! It is hard to believe such a happy baby has Cystic fibrosis! I pray his doctor is right that we are only about five years from a cure!!!

Tomorrow is the big day! My blog birthday!!! I will draw the winning name after nine pm eastern time so that everyone has a chance to post tomorrow too~

Okay I am a slacker! BUT THE BLOG CANDY IS STILL ON!

YEP I missed a few days! My son came to visit from S.C. and we helped my father in law moved out of the family home of 53 years this past weekend!
I am having a blog birthday on the 16th so remember to comment each day from now till then to enter for an entry for Blog candy! I promise it will be worth it! I am sending out a scrappy prize and including a handpainted gift!

Speaking of handpainted, I taught a class monday night and here is my piece! It is a Scrapbook album cover! I plan on using it for heritage pictures. Then I also finished a piece up on monday for my Secret Sister for Church. Cindy seemed to love the basket!

They grow up so very fast!

This was the boys coloring eggs for Easter! Golly it seems like yesterday that the oldest was a baby!

Please don't forget to keep commenting each day to earn entries into my blog candy drawing coming up on the 16th to celebrate the 4th birthday of my blog!!!

Dog Tired!

Yep, I missed several days! I have been so dogged tired! Finally gave in on Saturday and went to a walkin and had a major sinus infection! But the antibiotics have helped!

By the way Jack my little buddy in the picture was dog tired from chasing the kids while they looked for Easter Eggs on Easter Sunday! Wish I had gotten a picture of Jack with the "one HE found" and took off with! He thought it was a ball! LOL!

My new cupboard

This is it! All full too! Hopefully tomorrow I will feel better enough for a decent post! I did a layout today but not done scanning it so guess it will wait till tomorrow!

feeling a little better!

Both boys stayed home today and went the doctors and Noah is on antibiotic for a sinus infection!

But at least I felt better enough to start cleaning up what has been let go while I have been sick! On top of that hubby has been bringing home some stuff from his dads as his dad sold his home of many years and is moving into a retirement home. So I had to rearrange on top of being under the weather. But I adore my wonderful oak cupboard that was my hubbys grandmas. Maybe tomorrow I will share a photo of it!

Not a great day in the Kithcart household

We have decided to pass around that wonderful cold that is going around. So one child is home from school. I was suppose to help at the school bookfair but that did not happen! But not just because Jason is home, I also have it and my head feels double the normal size, I hate being sick!

Hopefully tomorrow will be a nicer post!! I was hoping to post a finished picture of my project from my class I did on saturday but I did not get it done yet! But on the way home saturday I did do some scrappy shopping!

ENTER NOW Blog Candy in 16 days

IN 16 days my Blog will be 4 years old and I want to celebrate by giving away blog candy! SO for each day in the next 16 days that you post a comment you will get a entry into the drawing for my blog candy! I will post a picture soon! NOW you know this is a challenge for me to also post each day by 8pm eastern time. SO if I miss a day after 8pm eastern time click on the email notice and email me that day and you get 2 entries!! Guess that puts the pressure on me!! LOL! I promise I am going to make the candy worth it! It will be scrappy and will also have a hand painted gift included!
Now I would like to share a layout I did on scrap whispers for a whispers challenge!

Spring! I so love the flowers and the birds!

My flowers have poked up throught the ground and have even showed some signs of the blossums forming! How cool is that!

I have been enjoying watching the birds at my feeder and have even purchased another feeder so I can not only watch from the kitchen but now from the living room also. Today I hope to put up the gold finch feeder since I finally remembered to purchase some thistle for it!

wish I could remember to blog like I use to!!!

Life is so busy taking care of my grandboys! I get so busy I forget about things like blogging! LOL!

Well I will just share a few of my latest layouts and leave it at that!
