My Daughter!

Well I am on to week 3 of the spring fling contest! I am so busy with house stuff and two contest that I have no time to scrap anything else! I am glad that Lucy from Memories from Scrap let's us put the layouts on our blog!

Yesterday Marie called me and I got to hear Little Britton sing twinkle twinkle little star, happy birthday and deep and wide! It was so great! I had goose bumps and of course tears in my eyes! I just wanted to reach through the phone and hug that little guy! I wish so much that we lived closer! Sometimes life seems so strange, families so far apart, but then God has a plan and I have to trust that He knows what He is doing, even though I would like to tell him sometimes that I would like to change his plan! LOL!

This is the layout I did for the 2nd week of the contest of Memories from Scrap! I made it to week three first of all! This is my sweet little grandson Britton!! Isn't he just Ducky!!

Oh by the way the packing is going slow and the realtor comes friday so remember me in your prayers cause it is rough on this body!!

PEACE!!!

When I think Peace, I think of The Prince of Peace!

I think how when life is causing all kinds of turmoil and it seems like everything in our life is hairy, that The Prince of Peace can grant us a Peace that passes all understanding! If you have never felt this feeling, you might not understand this saying but if you have you will understand exactly what I am talking about!

It is a wonderful feeling that happens when it would make no sense for you to feel totally at Peace and yet by the grace of God, you do! It is like being in the middle of war with bullets going every which way and yet you have no fear and feel a total peace.

Well that is how I feel lately! I have such a sense of peace because I have turned my cares over to "The Prince of Peace"

I think what gave me the most Peace is when I decided to focus on the Serenity Prayer!

Decided to edit this post to add that the photo is a photo hubby took on his recent trip for work to Colorado and I edit the photo and added the prayer on to it!

Family Time!

Just finished another layout! this is my son Kevin and my sweet Daughter in law Maria and their son Britton! This one went quite fast for me! It is amazing how much my son looks like his dad in this photo!

Another layout Done for two challenges on Scrappin Mojos and also for two challenges at my other favorite Scrapbook forum!

I have had some problems we harrasement with some people from the old forum who are trying to make it look like I am the one in the wrong and all I have to say is this:

My latest layout!

The layout is of a little girl that is a close friend of ours little girl! Pastor Tim Hawk and Susan Hawks daughter Alexandria Faye! I was there for Alex's delivery in 1991 (she is 2 in the photo!) it is so hard to imagine that she is now going to be 16 this year! I really want to go see them after we are settled! They live about 5 hours from where we will be living!

This is my husband in Boulder Colorado! HE IS coming home later today! His plane comes in at 4:30 and I will be very glad to have him home!

This is my good friend Amy!

Amy and I were both on a DT together! We talked occasionally when we were on the Dt but when I did not make the Dt when the new call went out Amy knew that life had been rough on me lately so she checked with me to see how I was dealing with everything and I explained how bad things had gotten lately in my life and that the DT was the least of my problems!!

I can handle silly things like that!! SO we had a great chat and I told her how I had starting web surfing and went to Pub Calls and found another site doing another DT call and so she joined me at Scrappin Mojo! We both have been enjoying the site every since and each others company and Amy has been a great support to me in a time when life is changing very fast!

NOW TODAY after my post below I find that she too has been kicked off the old site and wrongly accused of inviting people to Scrappin Mojos just because the site is growing!! WELL I cannot believe the insecurity of the owner of the other site!!! DOES she think her site is that bad that she will lose people if they visit other sites? OH my!! Anyways I am very thankful for my new friend AMY and thankful that she called that day to check on me!!! BY the way AMY if you want me to put up a differnt photo just send me one and I will edit this post!!!

I sure do love my internet friends! They can touch your heart from miles away!!

MY BIGGEST PET PEEVE IS LIARS!

So I was on this DT! it was a sweet small and friendly site! The owner seemed sweet, the DT was mostly a great group that got along great! Then the owner moved and was out for the longest time, the site when down, I checked and checked numerous times daily since I was on the DT and the site was my duty! We went months without a kit!!

Then the site came back up, we supported (hum some of us did!) the site with no kit, no owner around and then the owner came back and the kit came back and the site was great! I never left the site, I supported the whole time! SOME PEOPLE DID NOT! well the new DT call was made and there were some awesome pieces put in for it! I knew in my heart that I would probaly not make it and was fine with it! But did decide I would look for another DT call. (funny thing is that since then, things happening I have decided not to put in for any right now! LOL)

well anyways I did not make the new call! SO surfing Pub calls I find Scrappin Mojos
is having a DT call and when I get there I find a friend from the other site: Nancyroo! I love it! so I start chatting and helping this new site grow, the new site grows on me! One of the old DT members calls me and I tell her. Then I advertise the site on my blog! BUT I NEVER EVER EVER WENT ON THE FORUM I WAS ON THE DT FOR AND ASK ANYONE TO COME OVER TO IT! EVEN THOUGH WHEN WE WERE DT MEMBERS WE WERE PUSHED TO GO GET PEOPLE TO COME TO THAT FORUM!!

TODAY I GET THIS LETTER FROM THE OWNER

I would like to personally inform you that I have banned you from the site. I have been notified several times from various members that you are approaching them to join another site!

I really don't appreciate this, and when MY members inform me of these things, I will take care of it!

Honestly, I didn't think all the stuff going on behind the scene with most of you, would become personal to me, but it has!
Well I tried to explain to the owner that I did not do this but it was useless! I know who was up to this and who her lying gang is! But I have decided to let GOD handle it and I know He will! So instead I will go back to what I was doing and that is posting and having a great time on two great sites I have found! I love watching the top 50 scrapbooking sites numbers go up and down and I think that someone has just hurt themselves because I still liked people on the other site! SO SCRAPPIN MOJO LETS MOVE THOSE NUMBERS! and I will soon be telling you about another great site too!! WATCH OUT WORLD THE SCRAPBOOKING SITES ARE GOING TO FIND OUT ABOUT SOME AWESOME NEW SITES AND ABOUT WHO IS REALLY WHO JUST BECAUSE THEIR REAL CHARACTERS WILL SHINE THROUGH!!

GOD IS GOOD! and as you can see the person I am I have mentioned no names to protect the innocent! whoever that may be!
